That is such a good quote!!! I have never heard it before....so I guess if you want to better yourself in a certain area, just get closer to the Spirit! Amazing, thanks girl!

Awesome! Pretty much any improvement will be amplified by the Spirit. Makes me wonder why we ever do anything to not have it- just human frailties I guess.
Hey, I heard about Deana and I just wanted to let you know your family is in my prayers. My sister-in-law Amy was good friends with her through HS and college. She will be at the funeral in Mesa. It makes me so sad to think of her little boy growing up without her. I hope you're all doing okay.
